The hotel you are going to stay depends on your Umrah package category, which means that if you have opted a 3 star Umrah package then your accommodation will be usually a 3 star hotel whereas for a 5 stat Umrah package, you will be provided with a 5 star accommodation. The categories differ in amenities, comfort and services. For instance, a 3 star hotel will provide all the necessities required for stay whereas a 5 stat accommodation gives all of the amenities along with utmost luxury. Services like free Wi-Fi, room services, laundry and ironing services, satellite TV, minibar, coffee/ tea maker, free parking, 24 hour reception, safety deposit box and more are usually the part of the services provided by the hotel. Ziyarat

Paying visitation to the holy sites in Makkah and Madinah is Ziyarat. Many of the travel agencies offer Ziyarat but usually on an additional costs.
